WDF-Pro950 is a soya protein produced from the NON-GMO raw materials; it has been produced and designed for using within the high temperature brawn intestines, hashed meat intestines, hamburg meat patty etc..
WDF-Pro950 provides strong gel strength through water binding in a ratio of 1:4.The gel ability can reach min.2000g,penetration distance will be range min.21 mm(the instrument: Texture analyzer TA.XTPlus).The product is also an excellent emulsifying agent; it will give you a homogenous heat stable emulsion in a ratio of at least 1:5:5.
WDF-Pro950E is a soya protein produced from the NON-GMO raw materials; It is added lecithin to avoid dust during the production line of WDF-950 that be called du***roof.
